Privacy and Security

Slopestars will not divulge your email address or other personal details to any third party other than our credit card processors.

When you pay for your order by credit card you will be connected to Paypal's secure servers at which point the secure padlock will appear in your browser. Once your order has been verified you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If you have a Paypal account your credit card details will probably already be in their records. If you do not, your card details may have to be given again for each new order. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.

Slopestars does not store any credit card information nor do we have access to your card details.

You can contact us regarding your order either by telephone on 01252 408877 or by email. If you are met with a voicemail message when you telephone us please be sure to leave a message so that we can get back to you as soon as we can. Our telephones are manned during office hours from Monday to Friday and on some Saturdays.

Please quote the Order Reference and Order Date given on your Invoice/Despatch note which will have arrived with your order and will also be held in your account records on the Slopestars server. You can use your account to log in at any time and track the progress of your order.
