Shipping & Returns
Delivery Charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and the delivery destination and added to your order for your approval. Depending on availability, our aim is to despatch your order on the day you order or within 1 working day. If we have sold out of a particular type or colour of article we will inform you of any expected delay. If this does happen, you will be given the chance to choose an alternative or receive a full refund if you decide to cancel the order.
Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. If we are unable to deliver within that time we will only proceed with your order with your agreement. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or DHL depending on the weight or the size of your order.
Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Slopestars products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
To return an order, make a note on the Invoice/Despatch Note which will have arrived with your order, and send the entire package back to us. All products must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will notify you as soon as either a refund or replacement has been processed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
